Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide services that meet and exceed guest expectations, ensuring ongoing repeat business and loyalty.
  • Warmly greet all guests with a smile and by name, anticipating their needs and delivering brilliant service.
  • Answer, record, and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns via telephone, email, and Mobile Chat.
  • Work collaboratively with all other departments to ensure guests receive seamless service throughout their stay.
