Key Responsibilities:- Provide services that meet and exceed guest expectations, ensuring ongoing repeat business and loyalty.
- Warmly greet all guests with a smile and by name, anticipating their needs and delivering brilliant service.
- Answer, record, and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns via telephone, email, and Mobile Chat.
- Work collaboratively with all other departments to ensure guests receive seamless service throughout their stay.
As a Guest Experience Expert - Switchboard, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of hospitality professionals, gain valuable experience in the industry, and develop your skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.
