At London Marriott Hotel Park Lane, we are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Expert to join our award-winning team. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and unique.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and professional manner
- Complete reports and share the highlights of the local area with guests
- Empower guests to move about their space and do what needs to be done
- Take a hands-on approach to work, moving, lifting, and carrying objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
