About the Role

As a Guest Experience Expert, you'll be the face of our hotel, providing warm and personalized service to our guests. You'll be empowered to take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, from processing operational needs to addressing guest requests and sharing the highlights of the local area.
