About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Middle Office Associate to join our Front Office team at JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating the onboarding process for new customers, handling additional business requests, and renewing existing customer records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring that all necessary documentation and information is collected and verified.
  • KYC Compliance: Ensure that all customer records are up-to-date and compliant with AML, Local and Corporate Due Diligence requirements.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with internal and external customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the onboarding process.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding process.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • KYC/Compliance Knowledge: Working knowledge of KYC/Compliance/AML standards and regulations.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the financial industry and the ability to analyze complex business information.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
