About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced KYC Middle Office Associate to join our team at JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage KYC Renewals: Prioritize and manage the renewal of customer due diligence records, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Build Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Front Office teams, to ensure seamless execution of KYC renewals.
  • Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients to obtain necessary information and evidence to support due diligence requirements.
  • AML Compliance: Ensure all customer due diligence records are accurate, complete, and compliant with AML regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
