We are seeking a highly skilled Middle Office Associate to join our Front Office team at JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association. Key Responsibilities- Client Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring all necessary documentation and information is collected and verified.
- KYC Compliance: Ensure all customer records are up-to-date and compliant with AML, Local and Corporate Due Diligence requirements.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with internal and external customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the onboarding process.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Global Maker teams and QC to prioritize and manage case workloads.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience in conflict resolution.
- Interpersonal Skills: Resilient interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with internal stakeholders and influence business partners and senior managers.
- Client Focus: Client-focused with a strong controls mindset.
- Business Acumen: Working knowledge of KYC/Compliance/AML standards and sound understanding of the Financial Industry.
- Business Type Knowledge: Knowledge of multiple client types, including Corporates, Non-Banking Financial Institutions, Banks, Foreign Correspondent Banks, Non-Operating/Asset Holding Companies, Governments, Organizations, Publicly Traded Companies, Small and Large Privately Held Operating Companies.
