About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Administrator Support to join our Compliance team in Bournemouth. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding process for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Senior Client Onboarding Administrator to collect and review client information, verifying its accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with various internal departments to coordinate the onboarding process, including file opening and ensuring the correct level of due diligence has been carried out.
- Provide timely and clear communication to clients or teams regarding the status of their onboarding and the risks posed by certain clients/work types as necessary.
- Address client enquiries and concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of client onboarding activities.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the onboarding process and suggest enhancements.
- Assist with reviews of customer profiles and transactions to identify potential suspicious activities.
- Assist in the investigation of alerts and cases related to suspicious transactions, conducting necessary research and analysis.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines. You must be process-driven and analytical, with a pragmatic approach to finding solutions that are consistent with our values and way of thinking. Previous professional services/law firm experience is advantageous but not essential.
You must be able to learn new IT systems, internal processes, and procedures, and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. Good time management and client care skills are essential. Lester Aldridge is committed to being an equal opportunities employer.
