Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Onboarding Manager to join our team at Remark Able, a scale-up SaaS MarTech company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding our valuable clients through the post-sales phase and ensuring a seamless implementation of our solution.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an onboarding or implementation role with a complex SaaS solution. Strong time management, problem-solving, and task management skills are essential, as well as a strong technical mindset and ability to deal with technical queries and challenges.

The Onboarding Manager will work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure that clients are successfully onboarded and set up to achieve their key objectives, goals, and requirements.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and autonomous individual with a drive to achieve, exceed, and grow. Prior experience using Planhat is beneficial, but not required.

The package includes a base salary of £32k – £40k plus a company profit bonus, medical & dental insurance, and twice weekly team lunch.
