Customer Experience Manager

As a key member of our Lindt UK retail team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our stores. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Apprentice Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities- Support Store Management Team: Collaborate with the store management team to motivate, inspire, and develop a team of dedicated chocolate advisors, driving the accomplishment of the retail plan.
- Operational Excellence: Contribute to the operational excellence and financial performance of a store in the Lindt UK retail division, adhering to responsible business practices and company policies.
- Brand Ambassador: Embody the Lindt brand with passion and be part of a team of Lindt brand ambassadors who are experts at delivering the Lindt Service proposition and exceeding customer expectations every day.
- Maximizing Sales Turnover: Use provided business tools and good personal judgment to drive and exceed store sales and profit targets.
- Store Performance: Track store KPIs and support the store management team to identify opportunities and risks, supporting a clear course of action.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the store management team on opportunities for key trading periods and contribute to a self-disciplined culture focused on flawless execution of processes, procedures, and initiatives.
- Compliance and Safety: Maintain awareness of audit and loss prevention controls, delivering full compliance in all areas, including inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and company Health and Safety policy and procedure.
- Customer Centric Culture: Become an expert brand ambassador in delivering the Lindt Service proposition by living the values and personally contributing to a customer-centric culture.
- Continuous Improvement: Embrace the Global Retail Mystery shop program, using the results to recognize strengths and share best practice, and stay informed of current trends and contribute to weekly Competitor Watch of the local market place.
- Performance Development: Participate in monthly 1-2-1s with your Line Manager to guide your own performance and work with line manager to resolve personal performance issues in a timely manner.
