Role Purpose of Sales Territory Manager - Automotive Tools

:This position involves marketing a diverse array of automotive equipment, particularly focusing on battery charging and welding apparatus, through an established network of automotive distributors and motor factors. The primary aim is to engage with branch-level sales teams to promote and sell your offerings over rival brands. The role entails spending four days a week in the field visiting clients, with the remaining days allocated for administrative tasks and planning for the upcoming week.



Candidate Requirements for Sales Territory Manager - Automotive Tools

  • Must possess field sales experience, engaging with any trade distribution channel, such as builders' merchants or electrical wholesalers.
  • Should be well-groomed, motivated, enthusiastic, articulate, and capable of engaging effectively.
  • Valid driving license is essential.


Compensation and Benefits for Sales Territory Manager - Automotive Tools

  • Base salary ranging from £38,000 to £40,000, with an additional commission of £8,000 to £12,000, uncapped and paid monthly.
  • Company vehicle provided.
  • £1,000 contribution towards home charging point installation.
  • 5% pension contribution and healthcare cash plan.
  • 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays.
