ROLE OVERVIEW: An exceptional opportunity has arisen within this UK-based orthopaedic implant manufacturer. You will focus on arthroplasty and revision surgeries, particularly shoulder and ankle implants. Overseeing a compact territory in the North West of England, you will be supported by two Clinical Specialists for case management, allowing you the autonomy to acquire new business and enhance revenue from both new and existing clients. Comprehensive product training will be provided, and the prospects for career growth and earnings are highly appealing.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Sales experience in the orthopaedics or theatre sectors
  • A proactive, new business-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong team player
  • A robust work ethic, ambition, and a confident, outgoing personality
  • A valid UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

  • Base Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 based on experience
  • Bonus: £20,000+ with additional commission incentives

THE TERRITORY: The Regional Sales Executive role encompasses the North West of England, including various key locations.
