About the Role
The Regional Account Manager position at GAP Group Limited offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our Pumps business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities from our existing major account customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out regular visits to both main offices and customer sites to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Assist with the production of tenders and proposals to secure new business and expand our market share.
- Resolve customer queries effectively and provide outstanding customer service.
- Work closely with the existing Area Sales team in the region to develop new business and depot accounts into the Regional Account portfolio.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Significant experience working in a sales or engineering role within the Pumps industry.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- An effective negotiator and problem solver with the ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize workload.
- Proficient in MS Office packages including Excel and Word, and CRM systems.
- A driving license (essential).
