Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Media Sales Representative to join our team at Resolve Recruitment Services Ltd. As a Media Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling digital and traditional out-of-home advertising space to local and direct agencies within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Account Management: You will be responsible for sourcing your own leads, booking sales appointments, and selling to businesses within your territory.
  • Lead Generation: You will work towards quarterly sales targets and be responsible for generating leads and sitting appointments to satisfy your sales targets.
  • Proposal Development: You will create professional sales proposals to present to prospective clients using marketing materials.
  • Forecasting and Meeting Sales Targets: You will be responsible for meeting quarterly sales targets and accurately forecasting your weekly expected revenue to your line manager.
  • Negotiation and Closing Sales: You will possess a good level of commercial acumen and a proven ability to negotiate and close sales.

Requirements:

  • Previous Field Sales and Media Sales Experience: Essential
  • Strong Sales Track Record: You will have a strong, demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Well-presented, professional, and articulate, with a confident and well-spoken telephone manner.
  • Travel and Territory Management: Ability to travel to your designated territory with ease and live within the territory.
  • Full UK Driving License: Essential.

Package:

  • Basic Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
