Employment Type

This is a Permanent Full-Time role, operating Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. The salary range is between £21,000 and £23,000, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and directing incoming telephone inquiries
  • Documenting and communicating precise messages
  • Handling email communications
  • Collaborating with various documentation
  • Following up on outstanding documents from clients and external partners
  • Inputting data into the company database
  • Supporting the Business Development Managers within the Commercial Division to facilitate a seamless customer experience
