We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our dynamic administration team at Practice Plus Group. Our administration and customer service hubs are organized by specialties, including Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, ENT, and Ophthalmology. Each team is responsible for all appointment bookings, from the first outpatient visit to surgery and post-operative reviews, and includes liaison with referrers and external providers of diagnostic services.

As an integral part of our hospital, you will have a high level of patient contact over the telephone and in reception areas. Our focus is on ensuring that our patients receive high-quality service and treatment quickly, in clean and comfortable surroundings.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient appointments and bookings
  • Liaise with referrers and external providers of diagnostic services
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the administration and customer service teams
