About The Role
Unlock Your Potential
We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Assistant to join our Theatre team at the Royal South Hants hospital, Southampton, as a Patient Admissions - Healthcare Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective patient pathway management, utilizing strong administration skills to coordinate patient care.
- Perform case management responsibilities on behalf of patients, leveraging healthcare experience to drive positive outcomes.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing administration processes to ensure seamless patient care.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience in healthcare administration, with a strong focus on patient care.
- Is able to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing patient needs and collaborating with colleagues to achieve goals.
- Is able to manage competing priorities, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
What We Offer:
- A permanent position, working 4-day week.
- Shift patterns from Monday to Saturday, with 3 days from 07:00 to 17:00 and 1 day from 07:00 to 16:30.
