Clinical Nurse Specialist - Care Facility Focused on Dementia and Mental Health

As our organization expands, we are seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to enhance our multidisciplinary team.

We operate an 80-bedded facility, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment, providing nursing care for individuals living with dementia, mental health conditions, epilepsy, and cancer. Our extensively trained staff is dedicated to delivering specialized care and support services that families require.

We take pride in our 5/5* Very Good CI (CQC) rating.

Role Purpose: To ensure that the clinical care provided within the facility meets professional standards, statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements, while offering specialized nursing support and guidance. To lead a multidisciplinary team and collaborate closely with the facility manager.
