Position Overview

We are seeking Clinical Nurse Specialists to join our Community Hospice Team. Both full-time and part-time roles are available.

Compensation

The position is classified under Hospice Band 6, offering a salary of £41,965 per annum (pro rata) plus pension and benefits. This can rise to £46,100 (pro rata) following a satisfactory performance review within 6-12 months.

Role Responsibilities

In this crucial position, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including GPs, district nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and complementary therapists. Your focus will be on empowering individuals to manage their palliative conditions effectively.

Our service is dedicated to alleviating symptoms and enabling patients to live life to the fullest, in their preferred environment.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for skilled and empathetic nurses with experience in palliative care who are ready to contribute to a supportive and dynamic environment. A commitment to delivering exceptional, person-centered holistic care is essential.

Working Hours

The team operates Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with both full-time and part-time hours available. Weekend and public holiday shifts are on a rota basis from 8 am to 4 pm.
