About the Role

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team at St. Columba's Hospice, providing high-quality palliative care to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and ongoing holistic assessments of patients to identify their practical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of patients and their carers.
  • Provide responsive and reactive care, responding to queries and requests for advice and support from patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-professional team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with palliative care experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a multi-professional team.
