We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trainer to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Clinical Trainer, you will play a crucial role in driving clinical outcomes and providing clinical support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Work in partnership with the Commercial team to drive clinical outcomes and provide clinical support through the buying process, both pre and post sales.
- Provide clinical support to customers through evaluations, customer education programs, forums, study days, and attending national exhibitions.
- Support the development and implementation of clinical training programs for customers.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to support customer acquisition and sales.
- Engage with decision makers, including EBME, moving and handling advisors, tissue viability nurses, DVT specialists, and ward managers.
BMS Performance is a global organisation that continues to succeed across a range of medical equipment, consumables, hygiene, and disinfection products. We have a tremendous and long-standing product pipeline, as well as quality and reliable products.
Requirements- A clinical background with experience in pressure area care.
- Typical backgrounds we will consider are OT, Physio, tissue viability nurse, manual handling advisor, or midwife/nurse with a strong knowledge of pressure area care.
- A competitive basic salary of £37,000 to £42,000.
- A bonus of £16,000.
- A company van or hybrid company car with trailer vehicle and fuel card.
- Healthcare, pension, and 23 days holiday + stats.
