Project Management Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management professional to join our team at Apex Talent Solutions. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of projects, positively engaging with clients, and developing the project management strategy and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and designers.
- Manage and coordinate the work of sub-consultants and construction managers.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects.
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
- Manage and track changes to projects, including change management assessments and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent verbal, numerical, and written communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Project.
- Experience with project management software and tools, such as JCT and NEC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
