- Communication: Attend meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring that project progress is clearly communicated.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years' experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Skills: Excellent verbal, numerical, and report writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Commercial Awareness: Commercially astute with good negotiation skills, able to manage budgets and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
- Flexibility: Flexible and able to work to deadlines, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
- Project Delivery: Experienced in delivering projects up to £10m, with a strong understanding of project delivery processes.
- JCT and NEC: Experienced in JCT and NEC contract management, with a strong understanding of contract law.
- Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to use software to manage projects and communicate with stakeholders.
