We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Research Nurse to join our team in Preston, Lancashire. As a Clinical Research Nurse, you will be responsible for conducting home visits for clinical trials, working closely with our Sponsor and CRO partners to ensure the success of our studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home visits for clinical trials, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.
  • Collaborate with our Sponsor and CRO partners to ensure the success of our studies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research practices and protocols.

Requirements:

  • BSc Nursing (paediatric registration) and current NMC paediatric PIN registration with no restrictions.
  • Competency in performing head-to-toe physical assessments with patients.
  • A clean DBS check with no safeguarding bars or unspent criminal convictions.
  • Two years of Phlebotomy/Peripheral Blood Draw experience, including venepuncture, IV Infusion, and Subcutaneous Injection.
  • Excellent observational, verbal, written communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Current CPR certification and immunisation record.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Clean driving license with access to own vehicle and car insurance valid for business use.
