Fleet Operations Coordinator Role


Additional Resources is seeking a highly skilled Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our team in the waste management and recycling sector. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our fleet operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily planning and routing for our drivers
  • Handling administrative and legal compliance for the fleet
  • Issuing Site Safety Instructions to all visiting drivers
  • Maintaining communication with customers, suppliers, and legal entities
  • Collaborating with the Transport Manager on vehicle operations
  • Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders as necessary


Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Fleet Operations Coordinator or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organisational and time management capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must possess a full UK driving licence
