Organizational Change Leader

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Leader to join our team at Jumar Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the higher education sector and will be responsible for managing and delivering impactful change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with senior change leaders, business stakeholders, project managers, and key partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
2. Develop a cohesive vision for project deliverables, promoting teamwork and collaboration among all involved parties.
3. Support multiple projects, understanding their interdependencies, and maximizing their impact on the organization.

Accountabilities:
- Provide assistance to change leaders, business stakeholders, and project teams to meet project objectives.
- Work with colleagues to define and execute projects, interpreting a variety of information both verbally and in writing.
- Collaborate with the PMO Project Manager to create project plans, schedules, and reports tailored for diverse audiences.
- Manage project budgets, financial updates, risk assessments, and technical specifications to fulfill project and client needs.
- Partner with business sponsors and leads to formulate change management strategies, including communication plans and timelines.
- Oversee significant process and organizational transformations, guiding staff through changes and implementing innovative solutions.
- Analyze complex data to identify trends and patterns, utilizing best practices to devise effective solutions.
- Contribute to institutional committees and groups overseeing the project.
- Establish and refine KPIs for the project, ensuring it exemplifies best practices and facilitates knowledge sharing.
- Lead and coordinate the project team's efforts to achieve objectives efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the PMO to leverage available resources and support, adhering to standard operating procedures.

Additional Duties:
Undertake other responsibilities as required, commensurate with the role's level of responsibility.
