We are looking for a positive and self-assured leader with substantial experience in team management, capable of maximizing team potential. This experience has equipped you with the skills to navigate complexity through meticulous planning alongside colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster team development through considerate management, enhancing colleagues' soft skills such as communication, and promoting a collaborative culture.
  • Oversee a portfolio of systems, projects, and change initiatives, distributing tasks based on team capacity.
  • Collaborate closely with the Change Team Manager to execute your Directorate's operational plan and team goals.

The Change Team Coordinator will play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality management experience for the team, enabling them to realize their full potential and providing support in critical areas by:

  • Exhibiting positive and confident leadership, backed by extensive team management experience.
  • Understanding how to optimize team performance.
  • Possessing the expertise to effectively manage complexity through careful planning with colleagues.
  • Enjoying collaboration with dedicated professionals in a modern office environment, as well as remote work opportunities.

We currently operate on a hybrid model, allowing for flexible working arrangements. Full-time positions (35 hours, Monday to Friday) are available, with various flexible working options considered.

Application Process

To apply, please submit a CV and a covering letter. The covering letter should clearly demonstrate how you meet the essential skills for the role, as outlined in the job description, and include a paragraph explaining your motivation for applying.

We recommend limiting the covering letter to no more than 2 sides of A4, although additional pages may be included if necessary.

Applications will be evaluated against the required skills for the role, and candidates will be informed about their progression in the recruitment process.
