  • Defining and managing the overall change management strategy for the HR Transformation program.
  • Designing and delivering impactful communications tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across business, HR, and program teams.
  • Guiding senior leaders and the wider organization through the change process.
  • Identifying and understanding touchpoints and processes impacted by the Workday implementation in all regions.
  • Collaborating with regional stakeholders to ensure operational dependencies and impacts are effectively addressed.
  • Supporting capacity planning to ensure adequate resource availability across all markets.
  • Conducting risk management activities within the change management workstream to minimize project risks.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
