We are seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Lead to join our team at CE Back Office. As a key member of our HRIS team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and support of Workday in business as usual, ensuring system changes follow internal IT governance processes, and providing clear analytics and insights to support strategic and tactical decision making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support Workday in business as usual, ensuring seamless system performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with technology and AMS providers to ensure effective system integration and support.
  • Develop and implement system changes that align with internal IT governance processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Provide data-driven insights and analytics to inform strategic and tactical decision making across the organisation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the wider People strategy and agenda, providing day-to-day support and contributing to its future shape.
  • Lead the Workday change roadmap, managing end-to-end change management for Workday, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and business change.
Requirements
  • Workday Certification advantageous
  • Proven experience in HRIS team management
  • Strong Workday configuration skills, including functional, integration, reporting, and security
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
