CE Back Office is seeking a highly skilled Workday HRIS Lead to join our team. As a key member of our HRIS team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and support of Workday in business as usual.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and support Workday in business as usual, ensuring seamless operations and minimal disruptions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technology and AMS provider, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Ensure system changes follow internal IT governance processes, maintaining compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide clear analytics and insights to support strategic and tactical decision making across the organisation.
  • Understand the wider People strategy and agenda to provide day-to-day support and contribute to its future shape.
  • Manage the Workday change roadmap, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Lead end-to-end change management for Workday, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and business change.
Requirements:
  • Workday Certification advantageous
  • HRIS Team management experience
  • Workday configuration expertise, including functional, integration, reporting, and security
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
