Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient in change management methodologies and able to tailor strategies to meet the specific needs of various regions and business units.
Familiar with Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence, or other HCM SKUs, with an ability to translate system changes into impactful user benefits.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, from regional teams to senior executives.
Skilled in designing and delivering effective training programs, with a focus on practical, hands-on learning.
Strong analytical skills, with a focus on measuring the impact of change management efforts and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
