Workday HRIS Lead

This role will naturally transition from within a Workday programme, to leading the enduring HRIS team. During the programme they will be responsible for supporting the functional / process work stream that includes requirements and design capture, testing and training.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance and support of Workday in business as usual.
- Key point of contact for technology and AMS provider.
- Responsible for ensuring system changes follow the internal IT governance processes.
- Responsible for providing clear analytics and insights to support strategic and tactical decision making across the organisation.
- Responsible for understanding the wider People strategy and agenda to provide day-to-day support and contribute to its future shape.
- Act as the lead change contact for Workday; responsible for managing the Workday change roadmap.
- Responsible for the end-to-end change management for Workday, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing and business change.
- Workday Certification advantageous
- HRIS Team management
- Workday configuration including functional, integration, reporting and security
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
