Job Overview

**Role Summary**

SeeAbility is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy living environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Must live and have the right to work in the UK.
  • Ability to work a shift rota basis, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary: £23,400 per annum.
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday.
  • Shifts: 7.00am to 3.00pm and 2.00pm to 10.00pm, Monday to Sunday.
  • Full-time, permanent employment.
