Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at JD Gyms. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our gym, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the gym, including supervising staff and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Assume the responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless continuity of operations.
- Drive commercial performance by developing and implementing sales strategies, managing budgets, and analyzing sales data.
- Deliver operational excellence by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
- Proven experience in a management position within a leisure-related industry, preferably with a background in fitness or customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Qualifications in Level 2 Gym Instruction or equivalent.
- Experience in driving sales and marketing initiatives, with a track record of success in achieving business targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
