About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Powerforce. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across our confectionery out-of-home (OOH) channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase sales and revenue across our OOH channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the confectionery industry
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans and strategies

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales within the OOH or foodservice channels
  • Strong understanding of the confectionery industry and its key players
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven performance
