About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Powerforce. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across our confectionery industry clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across the confectionery industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and marketing initiatives

Requirements
- Proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the confectionery industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- A full, manual UK or international driving license held for at least 1 year
