Role Summary

An exceptional opportunity is available for a Radiographic Assistant to become an integral part of the clinical team at Ramsay Health Care. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, personalized patient care under the supervision of a Consultant Radiologist or Registered Radiographer.

You may be required to work across multiple locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and manage Consultant-led Ultrasound clinics
  • Assist in minor procedures, including Ultrasound-guided injections
  • Engage in direct communication with patients, consultants, and healthcare staff, both in person and via phone
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, documenting ultrasound examinations, and managing patient billing

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven capability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently when necessary
  • Adaptability and flexibility to meet the evolving demands of the healthcare environment
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Previous experience in a Radiology Department (preferred)
  • Background in the Independent health sector (preferred)
  • NVQ level 2/3 (preferred)
