About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Patient Services Administrator to join our team at Nuffield Health Ipswich Hospital. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our patients, consultants, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enquiry Handling: Respond to patient enquiries and general queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Appointment Management: Greet and attend patients for Radiology, Physio, and OPD appointments, ensuring accurate patient information is maintained.
  • Communication: Deal with enquiries from patients, consultants, GPs, and secretaries, providing clear and concise information.
  • Diary Management: Arrange appointments and maintain accurate records.
  • IT and Data Management: Utilize strong IT and keyboard skills to maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Secretarial Services: Provide a range of secretarial services, including diary management and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous healthcare administration experience is highly desirable.
  • IT Skills: Strong IT and keyboard skills are essential for this role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact with patients, consultants, and healthcare professionals.
