Position: Transport Operations Coordinator

Company: EMED Group

EMED Group is seeking a dedicated Transport Operations Coordinator to oversee and manage the daily logistics of non-emergency medical transportation for eligible patients to and from healthcare facilities.

  • Comprehensive training will be provided along with a uniform
  • Hourly wage of £12.52
  • Entitlement to 28 days of paid annual leave (including public holidays)

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a transport management setting
  • Proficient in using IT systems
  • Strong team collaboration skills

  • Ability to manage sensitive situations effectively

  • Proactive and takes initiative
  • Excellent telephone communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS)
  • Familiarity with the local geographical area
