We are seeking an experienced and skilled Patient Services Team Leader to join our team at Nuffield Health Ipswich Hospital. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administration within the reception and bookings team area.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and support to the Patient Services Manager in the day-to-day running of the Reception and Outpatient Booking teams.

- Enquiries and Queries: Handle all enquiries and queries raised efficiently and effectively, escalating appropriately as needed.
- Work Scheduling and Rotas: Manage work scheduling and rotas, approve time entries and annual leave requests.
- Staff Development: Complete staff one-to-ones, PDRs, and other management duties to support the development of team members.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to disseminate information effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and patients.
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience of team leadership or working in a similar role, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Customer-Facing Experience: Experience of working in a customer-facing environment, with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Computer Literacy: Computer literacy, with experience of using database and MS Outlook systems.
- Qualifications: GCSE English and Maths or equivalent qualification.
