Position Overview

A BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent) along with a postgraduate qualification in a specialized field is essential for this role.

  • Provide exceptional diagnostic imaging services across a diverse range of cases, both within the imaging department and in various clinical settings.
  • Collaborate with leading professionals and engage with innovative practices, equipment, and facilities.
  • Mentor and support junior staff members, fostering their professional development.
  • Deliver services with the utmost quality, sensitivity, and empathy towards patients.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Possess high levels of technical proficiency and the ability to perform tasks swiftly and accurately, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exhibit a caring demeanor, treating each patient as an individual and approaching the role with understanding and compassion.
  • Hold a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Have a postgraduate qualification in a relevant area of specialization.
  • Desirable qualifications include Radiation Protection Supervisor training or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate relevant post-registration experience in the field.
  • Showcase excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
