Theatre Manager Opportunity
Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled Theatre Manager to lead our Theatre and Endoscopy teams. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, clinically effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational management of Theatre and Endoscopy teams
- Development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
- Collaboration with consultants, senior leaders, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams
- Accountability for budget management, business planning, and clinical governance
