Theatre Manager Opportunity
Nuffield Health is seeking an experienced Theatre Manager to lead our Theatre and Endoscopy teams. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, clinically effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational management of Theatre and Endoscopy teams
- Ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care and services
- Building strong relationships with consultants, senior leaders, and healthcare professionals
- Leading, motivating, and supervising multidisciplinary teams
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure patients receive the best possible treatment and care
- Managing budgets, business planning, and clinical governance
