We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at 1900 Bar & Restaurant, a contemporary Irish restaurant and cocktail bar located in Dublin.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver a seamless service, from food and beverage preparation to presentation and serving.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our menu, including wines and a la carte options, to effectively recommend and serve our guests.
  • Assist with bar service, including taking orders, serving drinks, and managing cash and card transactions.
  • Work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team.
  • Fluent English language skills and a valid work permit.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
