Job Title: Food and Beverage Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at the Belvedere Hotel & Hotel 7. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop a good working knowledge of food and wine, including menu items and beverage options.
  • Make recommendations to guests based on their preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Upsell and maximize sales revenue by suggesting additional items and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage Manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a 3/4 star hotel property or a high-volume, fast-paced environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Micros experience would be an advantage.
