Job Title: Food and Beverage Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at The Gibson Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop a good working knowledge of food and wine, making recommendations to guests as needed.
  • Upsell and maximize sales revenue by suggesting additional items and promotions.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a 3/4 star hotel property or a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
  • Micros experience preferred.
