Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional food and beverage service to our guests. As a Food and Beverage Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and weekends.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
