Food and Beverage Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Clayton Hotel Cork City.

About the Role

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to guests
  • Develop a good working knowledge of food and wine
  • Make recommendations to guests
  • Upsell and maximise sales revenue
Requirements
  • Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star hotel property (desired but not essential)
  • Previous experience in a high volume/fast paced environment
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills
