Food and Beverage Service Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Clayton Hotel Dublin Airport.
About the RoleAs a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience in our restaurant and bar areas.
Key Responsibilities- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop a good working knowledge of food and wine, making recommendations to guests as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage Supervisor to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Upsell and maximize sales revenue opportunities, ensuring a positive impact on the hotel's revenue.
- Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star hotel property is desirable, but not essential.
- Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is essential.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills are required.
- Micros experience is a plus.
