**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive/Manager to spearhead the development of our marketing and branding department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our company's mission statement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Brand Development and Management**
    • Develop a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials and social media platforms.
    • Integrate our company's mission statement into all branding efforts.
  • **Content Creation and Management**
    • Produce engaging, creative content tailored to our target audience, including social media posts, marketing collateral, and newsletters.
    • Create engaging videos for social media platforms.
  • **System and Process Implementation**
    • Design and implement efficient systems and processes for the marketing and branding department.
  • **Rebranding Projects**
    • Oversee the rebranding of existing documents and marketing materials.
  • **Analytics and Reporting**
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all marketing channels.
  • **Stakeholder Collaboration**
    • Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies support overall business goals.
    • Act as the brand ambassador within and outside the organization.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

  • Degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing.
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and personal sales skills.
