Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and professional Concierge to join our team at PMR, a luxury development in East London. As a Night Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents and ensuring the smooth operation of our building.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to all residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Security and Access Control: Verify all visitors, suppliers, and contractors, and ensure that all residents and guests have secure access to the building.
  • Building Maintenance: Conduct regular building checks, report any maintenance issues, and ensure that the communal areas are always clean and tidy.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with residents, guests, and colleagues, and respond to any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Administration: Complete operational reports, log any incidents or issues, and maintain accurate records of all activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 years of experience in residential or 5-star hotel management.
  • Reliability and Timekeeping: Demonstrate a strong sense of reliability and timekeeping, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, guests, and colleagues.
  • Initiative and Problem-Solving: Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
